Acceptable Use

Charitable Donations

GIFCHE is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization (EIN: 41-3131621). All donations made through our platforms are subject to the following terms:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion
• Tax-deductible receipts will be issued for all qualifying donations in accordance with IRS regulations
• We reserve the right to use donations in accordance with our stated mission and allocation policies
• Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us directly
• We do not guarantee specific research outcomes or program results in exchange for donations

Research Participation

Participation in any GIFCHE research study is entirely voluntary and governed by a separate informed consent agreement. By participating in research, you acknowledge:

• You have read and signed the applicable informed consent form prior to participation
• You may withdraw from any study at any time without penalty
• Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable research ethics standards
• De-identified data may be used in publications and public reporting
• Research participation does not constitute a medical or therapeutic relationship

Content & Ownership

All content published on our websites and platforms — including text, graphics, logos, research summaries, course materials, and multimedia — is the property of GIFCHE, Gaia Healers, Gaia Seekers, or their respective content contributors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
